Looks like 650c but could be an illusion.
Not sure where this is destined to be a lock up bike but it must be a lot safer than London or Leeds!

Frameset, cranks and wheels are actually pretty tired looking, i'll jam a ball bearing in the stem and pitlock the post as i gave her my nice Concor. It's getting a crusty basket so she can go plant shopping in SE London on the weekends. Once it's filthy it'll look like crap!
If it goes it goes but there's no sense in having a bike like this that took me very little time or money and not using it.
