Indeed you can; that is about the only thing I like about that chainset (okay, the only other thing - it's black).
In my experience the bottom bracket wears out and develop play quickly, needs a proprietary tool, the whole chainset/bb creaks (I've tried putting grease in all the relevant places, and then replacing the bb - still creaks) and the downshift on di2 is, well, shifty (I have some chain-suck every now and then)
It does work (I've done 10,000 km on mine) but as I would like to get lower gears anyway I thought it would be nice to try something else.
You can run 48/32 on Zayante though, no?
