charcoal grilled aubergines

Ooh, we got given a jar of Grilled Aub from Pelagonia - They taste soo good:

Sometimes I'm lazy and just mix them into some hot penne and vegan pesto.

That's exactly what I picked up! They look great.
It's not till you start thinking about menu that you realise how many foods aren't vegan.
