Bicycle Tag of bike

very young people might find this church funny, but some will be scared.

Should be easy enough to find as the doors have probably fallen off.

Should be even easier to find if you have massive flappy shoes and a big red nose.

I've looked at Downing Street, Houses of Parliament, and most of Whitehall but still can't find it. Am I missing something?
