Too much of a hassle, I'm happy with (;)) the outcome. Maybe I'll fit a short-valve tubes and all black tires ;)

Hehe there are community duties to be taken care of ;) However every time I swap headset there’s this dreadful though in the back of my head - what if this time the headtube will crack? I mean, it’s a 70s frame and I’m sure it has been through a fair amount of headsets fitted.

Or have I gone mad?
