The tyre thing is that painting steel wheels can be a pain, as it is all in the prep to get a good finish. If the tyres were worn, can be cheaper to replace the wheels with cheap alloys.
So cleaning the interior, look on youtube for the guides. If you want, can lend you a george to wash the seats and carpets.

Tyres and brakes are only a month old.
Cable speedo I believe. The seats have van covers and are comfy enough. The front back adjuster on passenger seat has broken but I’m sure I can fix it. As just a spring pinged off I think.
I don’t need to pay for mechanical work or panelling to get done as company motor and I’m not splashing out on alloys!
More just need to check all the obvious for it really.
Will spray the load bed. Trying to decide how I want the panelling done before I drop it off with the chippy. Don’t think I want any cubbys or shelves, maybe just a couple of tie down points and a handwash unit.
No headliner in the back either, dunno if worth replacing. It’s not too noisy without
