Not sure I understand you? The Puma came first, but assume thats what you mean? Floor plan is similar, but not the same. The engine in the sport ka is totally different, lower on power than the 1.7 puma, not to mention the puma having the most sort after gear box of any small ford of its generation. Have you driven both of them back to back? There is nothing wrong with a sport ka, but there is a reason so many more pumas are used as track cars (other than there being so many of them dirt cheap) than sport ka.
A street ka is on any metric not more fun than a puma. Unless you class fun as being pointed at and mocked by a uniform spread of the populace, 2 year old children to 94 year old grannies.
