It's got 2 valves in the pre amp but the power amp is all solid state. What sort of amp are you after? I've probably got over 100 Integrated amps to sell

I listen to dire straits and Sam Cooke to modern house. What have you got that's going to work well for that an power my old school lovely tannoys. I trust your recommendation.

Off the top of my head i'd suggest the Nad C320 and Arcam Alpha 5 or 7, if you want, come over and have a listen to each one with my Tannoys.

Thinking of upgrading my turntable to a nice vintage unit. My amp has a dedicated phono outlet, does that mean I won't need a RIAA unit to plug an older turntable into it?

Correct you dont need an external phono amplifier

The right channel on my amp/receiver finally died for good today, so in need of a new one. Using a Sony STR-D665 with a pair of Mission LX-2s.

I was thinking of an Onkyo A-9010, but is there anything that'd be better for less money?
