Finally got a chance to bring Pickenflick for a few days into the mountains. Defnitely can recommend Karkonosze and Góry Izerskie for gravels, lots of gravel roads and rough tarmac (technical lanes in forests unavailable for cars etc.) including some particularly interesting places like the highest located quartz mine in Europe :)
