I have a pair of novatec hubs laced to anno grey Mavic open pros. No idea what they weigh. They’re 36 hole and excellent condition, perfect for road. Currently also wearing conti Grand Prix & a Phil wood 19t cog.
Sorry, edited to say that I failed to notice your budget. I’d like a bit more for these.

Hello i am looking for light track 700c wheelset for price between 100-200 quid, Miche pistards or Mavic ellipses or similar.. ( rim brake surface must not been ruined by brakes ) Cheers!
