He did ask an interesting question about EU populist parties, I don't think he knows that the Dutch PM (Rutte, I don't like him very much) has always voted with the UK against further integration. Big mate of Cameron.
So this tweet of Rutte that "integration should have a purpose" is no surprise. Nor does it MEAN anything bar a signal to others as Macron has a clear vision. But, Twitter is shite for debate anyway.

Sophie in the Field seems to have a much better grasp of the situation
than many UK politicians,
