Hi Aniki, completely appreciate your comment, I am certainly not trying to 'fleece' anyone. Nothing on the bike is standard, as I am sure you can see from the parts list.
To clarify:
In terms of the price, I took the current costs of the components and frameset and either halved or knocked off a third to come up with my valuation. It came to 15% above what I am asking. However I am sure whoever wants the bike/components will no doubt also want to negotiate - as is the way of the world.
As a side note I also have a set of Nitto drop bars if the buyer would prefer those on the bike. I'd be happy to split if I can find good homes for everything.

Just for reference I recently bought that exact same model in a 56 for less than half what you're asking. Admittedly a couple of the components weren't as nice but I only use it as a commuter.
Bear in mind a brand new vig is about £1200
