Just stumbled across this thread and upon seeing loads of Seiko Automatics, though I would share this and ask for some advice please. It belonged to my great Grandad, who got it from collecting stamps or something from cigarette packets. My nan thought it wasn't anything special. Anyway about 2 years ago I dug it out, wound it up and fitted a new strap - and then wore it most days. Not sure how but the third hand broke.
How much roughly would a repair be? I don't think it is worth much (not that I'd sell it) but may be worth repairing anyway from a sentimental point of view.
