Hoping I can run a rear dynamo light cable internally where the front mech cable used to be and mount it to the seat stay. We'll see if it's long enough.
I'm assuming that short steam and wide bars is still cool for relaxed road riding (basically just commuting)
60mm mudguards on the way and will fit some tubeless g one speed 50mm once the stock tires need to be replaced.
Long term, might get some 650b wheels to replace the 700c for more cushioning but not in any hurry for that.

update on lithium bits
sourced some a SRAM NX1 shifter and NX1 rear mech. Will use this along with a n/w chainring, praxis cranks and a praxis bb.
Should drop a bit of weight and make the bike a bit simpler to ride.
