Little bit of advice please. My lower legs and ankles appear to have swollen to twice the size they normally are after some prolonged exercise. A quick Google confirms this is a thing but has anyone here had anything similar? Before I seek non Internet based medical advice, just wanting some reassurance that it will go down.
Some compression socks/ tights will help. I often sleep in them after big rides. Depending on how serious the swelling is maybe wait for some reduction before using.
