They must want to be moped thieves. If they didn't want to be then they'd do other stuff like become stock-brokers.
I heard a story about a guy that became a billionaire stock-broker shortly after being broke and having a child and sleeping in a subway station and trying to sell medical devices unsuccessfully. But he didn't have a moped.

You ever think about the fact that maybe no one wants to be a moped thief, but maybe certain situations have played out for those people that its become necessary?
I wasn't talking about the truck driver, even though you now bring it up, yes, I do think he was wrong. It's a fucking truck used as an offensive weapon.
I was highlighting your very knee jerk reaction to the whole situation and using the same giant brush to taint them all as 'pricks'.
