If the police have the registration plate of the car in the video then why is the driver being "hunted" by the police.
Don't they usually just look up the registered owners address then send a "who was driving the car at this time/date" letter or actually visit the address to speak with the owner?
...or have I just watched too much Road Wars/Police Interceptors.
