Ex-local (ish) here - you're right about Aldershot - expect you know already, but the West End Centre is one of Aldershot's very few hidden gems. https://www.westendcentre.co.uk/

Not seen many about to be fair, although I don't think we'd be heading into Aldershot at all. It's more run down than my home town and I didn't think that was possible: the whole high st is boarded up and basically nothing there. The only good thing is the Lidl and Wilko (that I have seen so far).
