So a few weeks ago I had this close pass on York Way. I mailed the company whose logo was on the lorry and they said it was a supplier who was operating the vehicle but were very apologetic and said they would take it up with the supplier. I chased up yesterday to see where things were at and they said "This was an agency driver who has since left the agency and [company] after his investigation." I kinda feel a bit bad now if he's been canned from his job as a result - I took it up with the company rather than the Met so there could be an internal reprimand and he might learn something, but didnt expect them to go that hard. However, he could have squished me doing a pointless and ill-timed overtake, so maybe its fair enough.
