  • I think more thought has gone into the chainstays than is perhaps obvious. I think it's supposed to match the lines of the fork, which (AFAIR) he always intended to use for the build, which gives it a weird sort of symmetry. And it's clever that the chain doesn't need to be broken to be removed, and dropping the wheel out is going to be really easy, and it gives clearance for fat tyres, and it can take a belt-drive (which pairs nicely with the Pinion-capable BB thing), etc.

    PS you guys should see the bars if you haven't already
