For £60 I have some used 48h BLB to 700 Chucka rims if you are interested?
Seen a bit of action but am sure they would be good for many games to come.
Can post pics.

Hey Guys. Thanks for your input. Il probably go for some Perro. I’m still concerned about weight though having ridden a bike with some on.

n3il, what spoke count are your Mavic rims and how well do they block a ball? What hubs are you using?

36h
I've got a regular fixie hub on the back and a Shimano clone disc hub on the front. 36 is ok for shot stopping I think, but if I was building them again I might go 32h and get some of the French clear wheelcovers. -

The rims have loads of lovely dents in them, but I'm on disc brakes so it doesn't matter.
Hey all. I’m in the market for a new polo bike and I’m considering getting a Dolan with some Pake forks.
I’m stuck on what wheels to get though, my Mavic 317x 36h 26inch have been awesome, really light and strong but I’m guessing that a 700c wheel would require a stronger deeper rim and a higher spoke count. What are 700c folk running?
