it may be OK as the tube is not split - but stress cracks may form - i have a Litespeed that had a stress crack in the downtube - i was going to bin it but i had an idea - get the downtube reinforced by encasing all of it in carbon fibre - i enquired with this company and indeed they can do it as a good repair - if you get the same on your frame it will give you peace of mind and a stronger frame ! - speak to Craig at CarbonFibreSolutions.co.uk
