| Minsk - Tallinn | 1400km 15 days

I am leaving for this ride in 9 days - the ride is planned to take 15 days. The Belarus part will mostly be gravel and tracks, the rest of the ride will be a mixture of tarmac and gentle off-road sections. The green line means I'm taking the train and skipping the grey mark to Liepāja, riding from Klaipėda instead.

The first week I will be alone, then Robert will join me in Liepāja. The accommodation will vary from warmshowers.org, hammock and credit card.

This thread will mostly be a place for notes during and after the ride, in case others could use some info.

· On day 7 I spotted the first biketourer! Picture also shows my tracks before lowering to 30psi tyre pressure.
· In Lithuania you can find many signs carved in wood, with wonderful details.
· Taking the backside route around the NATO air police facility (biggest airport in the Sovjet era).
