that video is psychotic. couldn't she just retire from running the team? I assume there were larger issues behind the scenes

How is that psychotic? it's a perfectly normal video, she's clearly put alot into the team and why not shout about what they have achieved? Fair play to her, as said above why have a pop seemingly just because she's a successful woman?
