Thaus is quite active in the vintage bike scene here. Him and his mates from Velopress lent me some bikes to exhibit during the Giro d'Italia last year at my previous job. Why don't you contact him and see what he says? I have a cargo bike and can easily pick up the frame for you. Couriers are really expensive though, so it might be worth checking this first.

Hey everyone! I believe I have a very early Sancineto from the late 70's or early 80's. The frame construction looks very similar to the silver bike on the previous page but with evidence of a more modern decal set. The paint appeared to be (at one time) very high quality. The seat cluster lug design of this frame and the silver frame looks a lot like the Torto photo someone posted.

Frame is just about cleaned up! There is some minor pitting in some areas from the rust, I might fill the areas with some silver braze and sand it smooth.
