Afaik 10 speed campagnolo shifters with 10 speed sram RD (road/mountain has identical pull) and non-campagnolo cassette is supposed to work. (someone correct me if I'm wrong, haven't had time/shifters to test it myself yet)

Thanks for providing a source, iirc somebody on here was/is running a similar system which prompted me to look into it a while ago.
