Afaik 10 speed campagnolo shifters with 10 speed sram RD (road/mountain has identical pull) and non-campagnolo cassette is supposed to work. (someone correct me if I'm wrong, haven't had time/shifters to test it myself yet)

Is this campagnolo shifters with an sram mtb rear dérailleur? I've seen/read about this previously but still don't really get what the working combination is.
