Dowsett's bike was a one-off as far as I'm aware

They had 3 made iirc, one as a spare (which is required for the attempt) and one to "sell".

"Commercially available" is a little vague and sure doesn't mean Evans have it in stock. I recall BC offered their track kit on the website to demonstrate anyone could buy it but with £££ costs and far off delivery times so I doubt they actually sold anything.
