Stage 15, finishing at Lagos de Covadonga would be a great one:

Asturias is beautiful, with great food and drink, and you'd probably be able to catch some of Stage 14 too as it's not too far away.

Are there any standout stages of the Vuelta that would be worth heading over for? Watching the TdF is giving me regrets.
