Help! Anyone used Fixed Gear Frenzy recently?

Hey guys, I bought a couple bits off Fixed Gear Frenzy last weekend (21st July) but when I emailed them the email address bounced back saying it wasn't going through so I filled out the online form and am yet to hear anything back. There's no number and no activity on their social media accounts since 2016/2017. I'm still in the delivery window but I'm beginning to worry they might not be legit. Has anyone ordered from them recently?

They sell foffas.
No direct contact details, no address or phone number........... just E-form.
I get a green padlock logo on my browser hinting it's kosher........ but other factors steer me to avoid.......
It states they won't take payment until they stock check and confirm order. Have they taken monies with no confirmation ?
If in doubt cancel order, contact bank/paypal/credit card and start reclaim process.

No updates on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter since 2017.

Also check the comments on their last Facebook post in 2017. Lots of people complaining they placed orders and never received them. Similar comments on all their facebook posts.

I would contact your payment provider and open a dispute to reclaim your money.

I've received the confirmation email and the money has left my account. They say they dispatch the item 2-5 days from payment (paid on Saturday so expecting that 2-5 days is Tuesday-Friday) then as it's a frame they post it next day delivery (so Saturday/Monday). So I'll hold out till say next Tuesday I think then start the claim if I've still got nothing...
