  • Anyone got a speed drill I can fit into my lunchtime runs? Currently doing 2 hill sessions in Hampstead Heath and then longer/slowed run at weekends.

  • You could just add a few sets of strides at the end. Get the neuromuscular benefit without going too deep. Something like 3 or 4 x 100m, steady acceleration/deceleration, hitting not-quite-max speed for the middle 2om.
