Are you sure its 2002? I'm sure mine was more like 2006

According to the vintage cannondale website, N stamped on bottom bracket =2002 although doesn't appear until 2004 catalog?
Do you still have your 56cm frame?

I didn't know that. I didn't check the serial on mine.
No I sold it a little while ago on here. -

Just make a classifieds post then link to that. Saves you having to check two threads for responses and questions.
Unless you are advertising elsewhere in which case, no, this isn't the done thing.

Thank you Howard.
Not anywhere else just wanted it here first as most likely place to find a deserving home and this thread/forum has been very good to me.

My friend had his BB replaced on his CAADX twice due to creaking, turns out it was lack of headset compression.

Yeah QR and other bolts should be torqued to spec too.
Annoying how these noises manifest themselves around the B.B. area.

Interesting to know, I had the same issue for years on my caadx and was convinced it was the B.B./ crankset. Just stuck a whole new groupset on it though and had it serviced and all finally fine and quiet.... for now.

Anyone planning to sell a 56cm Caad complete build anytime soon? Friend of mine is looking out for one, preferably a 10, would be nice if it was something reasonably nice and well looked after also. PM me.

Wow love it. Interested in selling just frame set?

This probably needs some posh wheels. There's nothing else i'd change atm though, 7.3Kg, not bad for a frame that was £65 off ebay

Oh actually that's a lie, i'd like a carbon saddle.

Oof pretty sick!

Is this a mega bargin or am I missing something?

Less demand for big size = lower price.
Possibly.

2016 won’t take big tyres or something
-
• #10245
It's of this generation so should take 30s?
-
• #10246
Probably max 25c
-
• #10247
Dunno. Henry's 2015 wouldn't go bigger than 25.
Would need to check before I was to commit, should I miraculously turn in to a giant and start riding on the road again.

I would recommend neither of those things.

Yea looks like it was still max 25 in 2016 also could be problematic on 25s depending on the tire/rim.
