@sacredhart has a 26" 3-speed Nexus wheel for sale on here - perfect for a functional retro MTB conversion

Would strongly consider buying it myself if I was nearby!
(s/he didn't pay me for this spam or anything, I just think it's a nice wheel that deserves a functional home)

The stem's a bit weird to my eye anyway. -

30L; enough room for my tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, and more.
Give me a shout if you come anywhere near mcr!
Will do. Will probably go through there on the way down, so in a couple of weeks if everything goes according to plan.

I love this bike everytime I see it.
I'm sure its been asked but is that a Nitto Tallux stem?
Also where did you get such wide mudgauards?
-
• #19263
Thanks! Stem is a Nitto Technomic and guards are 60mm Gilles Berthouds, which I got via SJS Cycles (but they are sold in a lot of places).

• #19264
I'd love if you take photos of DBAD so I can sell it!

What tyres are you running?
Schwalbe Big Apple 2.15"! With the reflective strips removed and the logos sharpied. And thanks.
@PhilDAS: Thanks for the offer friend! Will let you know if anything arises. And I think @amey means he wants me to photograph his DBAD bike for a sales ad, as he is going to sell it. But I have to admit I am not completely fluent in Amey yet.

• #19268
You mean the brand name and not the actual bike I assume
-
• #19269
Nice. Been contemplating some big apples for my troll - how do they handle with off road stuff?
-
• #19270
you are right

But I have to admit I am not completely fluent in Amey yet.
Just imagine a dramatic reading of the radavist but in an Indian accent
Edit: I hope he doesn't mind me saying that. I love you bro

Make a thread you fool! Routes, places, and what you're looking to do. Pretty sure wherever you go, there will be a forumenger to explore and bum around with. If I were still in london, mi casa es su casa!
I find it odd that they have a custom stem yet an aftermarket cable holder for the canti.
