My question was too generic, I was expecting an answer like yours!
I honestly prefer Campagnolo to Shimano hoods. I never used SRAM and to me the hoods seems bulky (I have small hands). Moreover, at the moment I am also considering to renew my Athena (new chainring and cassette) and maybe get mech disc brakes (TRP spyre or Paul Klamper).
I would like a 50,34 and 11-30, or a 1x, since from my understanding it is not going to make me feel the need of double chainring. This would be my first disc bike and I am honestly lost in the available options.

I honestly prefer Campagnolo...
Then go for a Campagnolo hydraulic tho? The Shimano RS505 shifters may be more comfortable to use with smaller hand compare to SRAM and the R7020, I always prefer the comfort of a Campagnolo hood.
Your best course of action is to pop into an Evans shop that have disc road bike with several groupset for you to test ride and get a good feel of it.

Just bought a Dolan GX1, it comes with Aksium Allroad wheels but I want something a bit lighter and tubeless.
Thinking of the Hunt 4 season gravel disc but are there any other wheelsets I've missed?

Thru axle compatibility with 100x9mm, 100x12, 100x15, 135x10mm, 135x12mm and 142x12mm. Standard 100/135mm Q/R compatability too.
Ah, the joys of "progress".

Do you actually find much difference between a regular bar and the cowbells of the same width? To look at they don’t look drastically different enough to be worth the swap..

@thecycleclinic That's pretty damned impressive for a wheelset. Everything considered.

Cowbells vs deda rhm01 is a world of difference of comfort for me. I love my cowbells

Do Salsa cowbells or Woodshipper have a flat:ish top on the bars?
I'm looking for a 48cm wide bar that is flat:ish/oval on the tops with some flair.
They might not exist yet, but maybe they do. Where do I look?
Also, are there any pictures of a Di2 kitted Specialized Sequoia Elite/Expert knocking about?

I think 48cm is more the issue. I really want to try the Easton EA70 AX. I like the amount of flair on them.

Hope Five20 RS4 S-Pull
Added bonus of colour choices, if you are into that. The Hope RS4 hub is a little quiet tho, the Hunt free wheel is a shade louder. -

In the end, I just took the advice of this thread, and bought an Arkose. 8 speed Alfine, no less.
Here it is; Restrap bags, retina-burning rollmat, NDS fail and all, beside a wind turbine in northern France last weekend. -

Whoops, thanks! Dunno how I managed to make a mess of that.

Tbf roll-mat around drybag in a holster isn't a terrible idea at all!

It was effective enough, it's just the aesthetics that kill me. Either need to invest in an inflatable, or learn to hammock.

Cowbell defintely.

Any opinions on this https://www.planetx.co.uk/c/q/bikes/gravel-adventure-bikes/full-monty-SL
Or this
https://www.planetx.co.uk/c/q/bikes/cyclocross-bikes/xla-slNot a bad price at £650, and thinking either could have a set of 650b dropped in.

Anyone got a photo of the BB area internal cable routing on a new (2017) Arkose? Is there a big hole? Still thinking about buying a frame for a internal di2 install, and the only thing bugging me is the cable to the front mech.
Which one do you like the feel of the hood more? and which one sound more appealing range wise? (as one is 1x11 and the other is 2x11)
