Well I just looked at the new Anthems and I think they look very good! Maestro has a great reputation for pedalling.

It's here! When I say here I mean it's at home and I'm 1500 miles away. My Dad is already threatening to sell it to fund bits for his campervan. His pics of the forks are even worse and he can't even get the rims from px out the box so fingers crossed everything's there...

Too small. And as we stacked up bikes in the living room yesterday, I was told in no uncertain terms that I couldn't have any more.

It's true. Needs a thumping great hill to thunder down. And a truck waiting at the bottom.

Had a ride on this at the weekend. Not exactly testing terrain, the New Forest, but it didn't stop me wanting it.

I'd like to get a mtb. The first one I will have had since I was a teenager, at which time I never had an expensive bike but was still happy throwing a cheap alloy hardtail down drops and over jumps.
It would live in London for occasional off road trips out of town and next year when I move and downsize it will go to live at my parents in Shropshire where there's plenty of varied riding.
I'm after an "all-mountain" enduro type thing. Wouldn't mind a hard tail though but I've never had a full bouncy bike and I would like one.
There's a 2015 Jekyll frame on ebay but on checking sold prices it doesn't seem a great deal considering dents and no fork . I'd be very happy with a Jekyll as a cannondale fanboy but I'm after suggestions for similar frames. Frame or frame & fork only as budget won't allow full build initially and I like building my own anyway. 2nd hand and only a few hundred quid ideally.(I'd be looking at alloy, not carbon)

Would have liked Spotter's Trail but I think its an XL and I'd be looking at probably a large. I prefer bikes a little small rather than a little large

Never buy a second hand MTB that has suspension.
Agree you'd be an L.

I'm afraid that would cut out completely my possibility of owning one then. I've seen a couple come up on ebay bone stock and with barely a scratch so something like that I'd be more inclined to trust. The "selling because of not using" types
