Yeah out of the box, it's like that, but then again it is up to the reseller to ensure the bicycle is torqued and adjusted properly before selling them.

Aye, the shops duty to set up and check everything, factory built bikes are never ready to ride, classics are the chainring back bolt, seatclamp and cranks never torqued up.
