for cold brew I use glass bottles kept in the fridge and then triple filter:
decant, allowing the sediment to remain in the first bottle
Hario v60 filter
final filter through an Aeropress
Then back in the fridge to re-chill for a couple of hours. The results are amazing, clean and crisp. Works particularly well with any citrus notes but chocolate flavours are great using this method.
