They are sealed bearing wheels that go on the top of the rear triangle, better for rolling along, look better!

Dino Kiddo sell them, branded as ORZ, but the Hubsmith hubs I ordered from eBay arrived before the Dino Kiddo order I placed on the same day, so if urgency is an issue I'd go for eBay.
