I've only got the forum jersey in that style, and it's pretty comfy. I don't mind normal collars, though, and as I burn easily I marginally prefer to have a bit more cover on the back of my neck - I'm not fast enough to bother about the aero benefits anyhow.

Hmm yea. I have a couple jerseys with somewhat loose collars and I have all the fear about being stung under the jersey again as we get toward drunken bee season. Suppose I need to do a bit of an internet search for images for the cut. My neck is a totally different colour to my chest, but the tan line is pretty low from daily riding in a tshirt, shouldn't be as much of a burn issue as you.

Yep pretty much what/why I’m asking. Just wanted to know if anyone had been wearing any or had any thoughts - any discussion at all on them, before I modify an old one.
