Not really info on the frame for me it's Genius/Brain/EL/OS MIX with perfectly nice fillet brazed lugs,,,, probably one of the last frame do in France before Mercier becomes a US factory
Surely a pro custom bike and there is the small plate to fix the racer number...
Too big for me but awesome frame BTW
