One of those stages where I will be watching the highlights this evening, even though I have just watched the whole thing.

Also, Dan Martin is an animal. I really hope he keeps attacking, keeps riding hard and makes it onto the podium in Paris.

Wow. I thought the time limit was less than that? (As mentioned at the beginning of the day on this thread.)

He rode it to perfection then. His job is to pull for as long as he can, but leaving enough in the tank that he makes the time limit.

The riders have to cross the line 27mins after the first rider to finish to stay in. It's going to be a tough day for the sprinters.

I doubt it, no extenuating circumstances that I’m aware of, i.e. he isn’t injured, didn’t crash nor did he have mechanical issues.
