Triathlete have traditionally favoured very forward positions, as it supposedly lessens the recruitment of the hamstrings and glutes so that they are saved for the run following the ride.
As mentioned, dropping your saddle and moving it back is probably a good start - sitting right on the end of it to get the power out can be a sign that it is too high, as by sitting that far forward you are effectively lowering the distance to the bottom bracket.
Well it seems pretty obvious I should try moving my saddle back! I did a back fit at the start of the year and that felt good, but it was more about comfort than aeros.
@danb Here is a front on pic from the last hour of a 12, so at least it proves I can hold the position! What is the relevance of being a triathlete? I'm not btw. I was going to try doing tests with my PM based the suggestions I get here!
