Have suffered a fractured collar, a fractured shoulder, and a full-on broken humeral bone, each a different occasion and each damn painful.

I dunno much about Watts to be honest.

ITV4 are painfully slow to upload the highlights....
-
• #955
Was 12 minutes of highlights and 48 mins of rest day interviews less adverts

I don't know if anyone else noticed at the finish yesterday but the 3 riders were all going at the same speed and then, just when they got near the line, Degenkolb suddenly went a lot faster.
I honestly can't tell if this is sarcasm or not.

It made me chuckle, btw.

Tijs: all I would say is ask yourself this: what is the server saying?

Legs a bit different to the upper body. I broke my tibia in 3 places one. I tried to stand up thinking it wasn’t that bad, my leg buckled and gave straight out and I collapsed into a heap.
On the other hand I’ve had a small non complete fracture in my pelvis and gone about business as normal.
Degrees of relativity.

I suppose you’re right. I continued cycling with a suspected fracture to my kneecap, in pain but without much choice.
Wouldn’t wanna ride the tdf with any injury though, sod that.

^ this is how Dylan Groenewegen must feel atm. Looking at the next 3 days, I hope he's fitted a compact

A proper test, a rest day then three back to back mountain stages.
There will be some GC dreams in tatters come Thursday evening.

I'm fully rooting for Dan Martin. Can't put my finger on why but am a huge fan

Will Fotheringham says "Since 2012, the rider who has held yellow at the end of the first mountain stage of the Tour has gone on to win overall."

So the sky mountain train going to try and crack Thomas before Froome goes for a crazy downhill descent off the last summit?
-
• #968
What a finish to the La Course.
-
• #969
Van Vleuten, unbelievable! Kept the faith and ground on to win it in the final meters
After 10 days of dominating the Giro Rosa and a ‘rest day’ of 800km transfer by car... wow

Fantastic racing, only marred by having to watch it on mute due to a conference call.
-
• #971
Quite the capitulation
-
• #972
or quite the fightback...

I am trying to understand what I am looking at now. The text Depart Reel and then a the kilometers count downwards.
So they kind of do a warming up session before the clock starts ticking? -
• #974
Procession for the fans. Basically warm-up

‘Begbie-like’
Depends if it's a displaced break or not. Still bloody painful either way. Nails.
