Yeah - I remember when I used Keos for a few weeks on the run up to the Nocturn last year and how much better proper pedals and shoes feel!
Already got a brompton firm block on there, could really do with something a little firmer, like that one from the fellas who do the carbon wheels and modular cranks - any experience with what’s the firmest you can get?
