Did you get the DUPLOs to build this tower or for something else?

Did you get the DUPLOs to build this tower or for something else?
Got the Duplo to entertain various nephews, the tower was the reveal when I showed them what I'd got. Also ended up with a large amount of Duplo railway by accident as it was bundled with a load of bricks.

Great reveal. The DUPLO railway is actually pretty good, I think. My nephews have some of that.

Bought this for my wife's (46th) birthday. She used to work there back in the mid 90s; climbing on and abseiling off the roof checking the tiles and seals for damage and replacing them if required. She had seen it at the Christchurch (NZ) Brick show at the weekend, but balked at the price, so I fibbed that I had to go to work the next day and went to get it. Since then she has been looking on ebay, so hopefully we don't end up with 2 of them.

As Kernowdreamer put it a little while ago--'like something the cat's been at', although here the problem is mainly the angles.
I say just make it studdy. It's LEGO, not some Airfix kit.

So, this Internet spying thing ...
The last thing in this thread was that ugly car up there. Next I went to look for a video on YouTube and what should pop up as the first recommendation? A review video of that set.

Maybe you just wanted it that much?

Finally put together the bit that I'd got for the Falcon 9 model.
Got everything for the launch/landing craft, but missing a few bits for the deployable parts.

Very cool.
ETA - So now I'm curious. I've dug a little with zero result. Where did you get that from? -

It was a limited edition that the Ordnance Survey did a few years back- I think only 50 but that might be wrong. I got one for me and one for my brother.

Ta
I used to have those two sets. That was Indigo Islanders era.
I once won a huge castle from Farmers Weekly magazine after colouring in a competition in a copy my dad had floating around. Greatest moment of my life.
