Field placement for this weeks a3crg is insane, with 90 riders going off at 30 second intervals and a 20:40 cut off, its going to be a massive draft fest, but also could make the roundabouts a disaster.
Just to check the expectation is that the overtaken rider should ease off and allow a gap to form if overtaken right? I’ve only ever been overtaken by people who were going so much faster than me in a 10 this happened naturally, but I have Simon bowler starting 30 seconds behind me and I’d guess he’s going to be between 20 and 60 seconds faster than me so the speed differential might be quite low...
