Early days yet but could be a nice bargain start point for a functional build. Says collect only but seller says he'd post in the description so that'll discourage people who haven't checked the listing properly. Got nice Shimano bar-ends on it and funky reversed brake bosses.
"56 _ 57 inch" according to seller, think that means 57cm

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F292627614391Went as far as potentially organising someone to pick it up for me for £30, luckily it’s not a buy it now as it would probably be on its way to me already! Someone else need a functional tourer / commuter?

"Zipp" 303, at £100 with 30 mins to go. Front hub is dead but could just swap that out.
Did they actually make dimpled carbon rims with aluminium brake track? My guess is no and these are fake but I don't know

Yeah, don’t want to pass up on it but just bought this:
(Nowhere near as functional)And it will probably raise a few eyebrows at home if I bring two bikes back in one week. Especially seeing as I’m supposed to be clearing things out...

Very nice find!

Awesome

Yeah! picking it up tomorrow. I was thinking the same about the cranks. Reckon it'll be a mid bb / bmx type job. Be great if it was threaded.

If its mid BB get this (and a load of extra strong loctite)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Truvativ-Bottom-Bracket-American-Euro-Adaptor/dp/B000VT550K
Then you can run whatever you like, some cheap square tapers, maybe some high rise bars and you've got a great fun bruiser bike
-
• #59874
ah that is interesting, does this look like the right loctite to get if going that route?
(Sorry for thread hijack everyone)

Yes I think thats the one I used, Make sure there is no paint on the BB shell for extra grip.
Managed to make a De Rosa look like something from The Moscow State Circus, quite an achievement that...
