It’s interesting, for a lot of teams today’s stage is about protecting their GC ambitions, very few of the top teams will be focused on winning the stage. If Quick-Step don’t win I’d be surprised.
I think that’s because this stage will be very hard to win due to mechanicals/flats/other shit you can’t predict and really easy to loose lots of time in GC if you’re not careful. Sort of high risk low reward situation.
