• A note of caution

    Those posts have quite a high service interval. When they flex they grind down the carbon assembly paste and can then slip. You may need to take assembly paste and a torque wrench.

    However they are amazingly comfy.

  • OK, thanks for the heads up. I got a sachet in the box with it so that's an easy fix, probably will forgo the torque wrench but can ask a bike shop on route if required!

  • I’ve put 100 hours on mine and it’s been fine. Just lube it and torque it and should be fine. Use some tape to mark the height, that way you’ll know if it moves as tape will crumple.
