  • Lunch time run yesterday, felt a step (pun intended) change in how comfortable I felt running, which was really satisfying to experience. Still got a huge amount of tightness all around my body afterwards, looking to improve on that with regular stretching.

    I'm going to try and do my first 10k run next week, before a week in Malta. Might leave my stuff in work overnight and trudge along the canal in on a commute. Definitely taking it easy, am ready for a whole lot of discomfort when I pass my previous max distance.
